About the spa
ARRIVE EARLY
We recommend arriving 1 hour, 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow
for check-in and to enjoy the Aqua Sanitas self-guided water ritual. Late check-ins may
determine the length of your treatment. If you are late, your service will still end as
scheduled so that our next guest may begin on time.
CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid being charged
in full. No shows will be charged the full amount of the treatment.
GUEST COMFORT
Your feedback is important to us. Please communicate with your therapist at any time
regarding pressure or technique. This is your treatment and we want you to enjoy it.
AGE REQUIREMENT
Spa guests must be 16 years of age. Minors having treatments must be accompanied by
a parent at check-in and will be assigned a therapist of the same gender. Minors are not
permitted in the Aqua Sanitas water sanctuary.
ATTIRE
Most guests disrobe entirely for spa treatments. Our therapists are trained to appropriately
drape you with sheets and towels for privacy. Undergarments may be worn if it increases your comfort level. We provide a robe and slippers for all spa treatments. Proper fitness attire required at the Club. Bring a bathing suit to enjoy Aqua Sanitas, heated outdoor pool and hot tubs.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Day-use lockers are provided for your personal belongings. We regret that we cannot be
responsible for lost or damaged items. Please do not wear jewelry to the spa. Due to space limitations we cannot accommodate ski, snowboard or sports equipment in the spa or Club.
GENDER PREFERENCE
You may request a male or female therapist for your spa service. All therapists are trained
professionals who will properly drape you throughout your treatment. If you are willing to book a spa treatment with either gender, it will offer you more flexible scheduling options.
PREGNANCY
If pregnant, avoid treatments using deep pressure, Thai Massage, Barefoot Massage,
Hot Stone massage and our wraps. Please inform our Spa Concierge when making your reservation so that we may provide specially trained therapists and pregnancy pillows
for support and comfort.
CELL PHONE USAGE
To respect a peaceful experience for everyone, the use of cell phones is not permitted
in the Spa or fitness Club.
ADDITIONAL FEES
An 18% gratuity and a 5% resort tax will be added to all spa services.
