To ensure your event meets your standards, all of our meeting and banquet facilities offer individual controls for heat / air conditioning, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical / microphone outlets, and audiovisual equipment.

Gerald R. Ford Hall - Lobby Level
Sawatch Hall and Lobby (Mount Jackson, Grouse Mountain, McCoy’s Peak)
Select the expansive yet warm space of our grand ballroom for your largest gatherings. Spectacular views and natural lighting combine with elegant mountain lodge features – wood beamed high ceilings, wrought iron chandeliers and native stones - to make every event extra special. On the slope side, glass doors open onto the mountain of Beaver Creek, while on the village side, large windows look out to Beaver Creek Village and the ice rink with a beautiful mountain backdrop. Host the opening session of your convention here, with theater-style seating for 700, or a classic reception for 1,000 guests. The convenience of an adjoining foyer area allows you to set up registration tables or a continental breakfast buffet.

Sawatch Hall can be easily divided into three separate rooms for smaller meetings or receptions as needed, with capacities from 50 to 450.
Gerald R. Ford Hall - Meeting Level
Heritage Hall and Foyer (H.A.W. Tabor, Ouray, Jack Dempsey, Molly Brown)
Our junior ballroom offers a gracious space ideal for mid-sized meetings and receptions. Utilize the entire room to introduce a new colleague or unveil an innovative product in a classroom set-up for 180, or separate this versatile venue into as many as four separate meeting rooms to suit your needs., Our in-house audio visual company is available to provide video screens, as well as audio capabilities to provide background music, to make this the perfect locale for a multi-media presentation.  Take advantage of the adjoining Heritage Hall Foyer - featuring a magnificent antler chandelier, large windows and doors that access Beaver Creek Village - for all your pre-meeting needs including information and registration tables, seminar sign-ups and more.

Gerald R. Ford Room
This elegant boardroom - named after our former president, and Beaver Creek resident,– features a classic wood conference table with seating for fourteen, executive chairs and upscale amenities for VIP meetings. Ample room is available around the perimeter of the room when additional seating is needed, as well as an area behind the conference table that can be used for extra seating or for relaxation on breaks. A marble credenza serves as the perfect spot for setting up snacks or a working lunch.
Lobby Level
Conference Suites (Mount Meridian, Mount Powell)
These unique and comfortable conference suites, conveniently located on the lobby level of the resort, are the ideal venue for private gatherings and elite meetings. Featuring a lounge area, complete with plush sofas and chairs, as well as meeting and / or dining area, these suites allow guests to be relaxed even while working. The spacious parlor  is ideal for small groups of up to 8 for meeting / dining. It provides a refrigerator, a sink, and cabinets with glassware and china. This conference suite is connected by a king and a double/ double accommodation and can be purchased as a one or two bedroom suite.
Meeting Level
Gore Range Hall and Foyer (Slate Mountain, Keller Mountain, Crystal Peak)
Beautiful antler chandeliers and fine wood paneling accent this junior ballroom, ideal for smaller meetings. Enjoy floor to ceiling windows overlooking Beaver Creek Village. Bring in your top sales team from around the country for motivational training, held in a classroom setting for 100.  Host a grand banquet for your most important clients in formal seating up to 120 guests. Gore Range Hall also can be divided into three separate rooms as needed, either for breakout sessions, buffet set ups or brainstorming meetings, with capacity from 20 to 45 in each.

Gore Range Foyer is located just outside the entrance doors to Gore Range Hall, and offers a comfortable seating area.. The foyer also provides a perfect space for receptions or for a coffee break area between meetings. During summer months, our beautiful balcony area may also be used for your events.

Boardrooms (John Anderson, George Townsend)
These elegant boardrooms feature incredible views of Beaver Creek Village from glass doors leading to a balcony. Spacious yet intimate, the large conference table can accommodate up to 10 guests. In addition, there are two marble credenzas in the room that are ideal for coffee breaks and snacks.
Offsite and On Mountain Group Venues
If you are looking to take your meeting or a group dinner offsite there are several places around the valley to accommodate you.  From the 530-seat Vilar Center for the arts to on-mountain dining at Beano’s, Allies Cabin, or Saddleridge.  Our sales and catering team is happy to provide you with more information on these unique dining venues.

8100 Private Dining
8100 Private Dining offers a unique opportunity to enjoy a restaurant style environment for events from 20 to 100. From a wood burning fireplace that enhances the ambiance by adding a warm glow to French doors that open on to a semi private patio with magnificent views of Beaver Creek Mountain. Adjacent to the Private Dining Room is Billiards with its casual club style seating and views of Beaver Creek which present a unique location for an after party or cocktails prior to your event.

A unique location that overlooks Beaver Creek Village. With a permanent billiards table, casual seating and existing bar, this venue offers an intimate location for a Cocktail Reception or Late Night Cocktails to continue networking.
