Chef Christian Apetz's Hyatt Career began in 2000 at the Hyatt Regency Phoenix fresh out of Providence's Johnson & Wales University. In the next seven years he was quickly promoted through the kitchen and throughout the country going from Phoenix, to Valencia, to San Antonio, to Boston in 2007. Once in Boston as the Executive Sous Chef he made the move to Executive Chef within two years. By 2011 with brand new baby Katy, also known as Katy-Bear, his beautiful wife Ashley and he made the cross country trip to Colorado's Mountains becoming Executive Chef for 8100 and all of the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek.
