8100 Mountainside Bar & Grill
Live action bar and grill specializing in local, natural and organic dishes featuring Colorado’s best microbrews, wines and spirits. The grill is the showpiece of the open kitchen, capturing smoke infused flavors befitting the Colorado Mountains. The fresh produce and ingredients are hand-selected from Colorado farms and other natural purveyors in the country and arrive fresh daily. 8100 features a menu that changes according to seasonality and availability of only the freshest ingredients.
The bar menu offers small plates for sharing. Organic wines and offerings from local wineries are featured, along with a selection of Colorado microbrews. Enjoy outdoor dining and gathering areas around cozy firepits overlooking stunning vistas of the Rocky Mountains. Chef’s table, wine room and semi-private dining facilities available.

Grab a freshly brewed coffee or cappuccino and delicious pastry to get your adrenaline going on the way to the slopes. Pack a basket filled with gourmet sandwiches, salads and your favorite treats for a picnic break while hiking, biking, rafting or sightseeing. Conveniently located off the lobby, the Cafe features a complete salad bar, deli counter and shelves packed with a tempting assortment of goodies for guests on the go.

S’mores Happy Hour
At the end of each day, guests can enjoy complimentary s'mores happy hour held from 4- 5 p.m. at the fire pit. Ski over to McCoy’s for a hearty breakfast before a day on the slopes, stop mid-day for a satisfying lunch of homemade soup and a sandwich or drop in apres ski for a “hot toddy” and some live entertainment. Our casual Vail Colorado restaurant offers a delicious option for the winter sports lover on the go. McCoy’s is located at the base of Centennial Lift.
