Every wedding – no matter how large or small – involves many details to be looked after.  To streamline your planning, we have compiled this list of items you may not have considered in the excitement of creating your special day.  Other questions are answered in the FAQ section.  Of course, your dedicated wedding specialist is on hand to answer any other questions you may have. 

Seating Arrangements and Room Set-up
Most rooms can be set up to match your plans. We offer flexible seating ranging from eight to 12 guests per table.

Dance Floor and Risers
These are fully mobile and adaptable to your specifications and size.

Ceremony Room
Park Hyatt Beaver Creek can create a ceremony room, set in round or chapel style. Choose from any number of venues to find the one to suit your style, including our outdoor veranda.

Order of Events
From traditional to your own unique vision, allow your wedding specialist to assist you in deciding the flow of your day.

Audio-Visual equipment
Our onsite audio-visual experts, PSAV® Presentation Services can help you execute your ideas, from a slide show to special lighting.

Parking
Valet-parking is available for your wedding guests, fees may apply.

Wedding Cake
Our pastry chef can design your perfect wedding cake. Choose from a variety of designs, styles and flavors. Our pastry chef is available during the tasting to discuss all of the details for your one-of-a-kind creation.

Gold Passport
Hyatt Gold Passport points can be awarded for the amount spent on your wedding at the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek.

Pricing
A Food and Beverage minimum is applied to events at Park Hyatt Beaver Creek. A non-refundable deposit will be required with the signed contract. Your final balance is due ten business days prior to your wedding. Our menus and pricing are subject to change without notice based on product and seasonal availability. All Food and Beverage is subject to 23% Service Charge and 9.99% Sales Tax.

Guarantee
A final number of guests is required three business days prior to your event. This number is your guarantee and may not be lowered. The hotel will prepare meals for 3% over the guaranteed count. Final charges are based on your guarantee or actual attendance, whichever is greater.
